Flute Lessons
Music is a part of our emotional and spiritual lives. Learning to play an instrument is not only fun, but it enriches that inner life and "makes you smarter" by exercising your mind and physical dexterity. Playing the flute can be a very rewarding and uplifting experience at any age. I enjoy working with students of all ages and musical backgrounds to reach their full musical potential.
I am an experienced flute teacher and active performer, teaching at my home in Salem, NH. I enjoy teaching middle school and high school students, as well as adults - from complete beginners to advanced musicians. My approach is serious but relaxed, and I like to include duet-playing in every lesson.
Lessons are once a week and last either 40 minutes or one hour. I offer flexible scheduling, reasonable rates, and individual attention to your musical goals, including all-state preparation.
